Nimlas strengthens local HVAC company with service expertise in Finland

The transaction enhances Mikenti’s HVAC offering, particularly in maintenance and repair services, supporting continued regional growth for Nimlas Finland and contributing to Nimlas Group’s Nordic 2–20–2 growth strategy – targeting SEK 2 billion EBITA, SEK 20 billion revenue, and entry into two new markets by 2029.

Founded in 2009, Elvi Talotekniikka is a service-oriented HVAC installation company with a 2024 turnover of approximately EUR 1.6 million and eight skilled professionals. The company is known for its fast and customer-focused service, serving housing cooperatives, maintenance companies, and private households.

Mikenti, employing nearly 30 professionals, is widely recognised in Central Finland for its large-scale HVAC and sprinkler system projects and achieved a turnover of EUR 13 million in 2024.

Expanding from contracting to maintenance

“Elvi has a strong position in Jyväskylä, especially in HVAC maintenance and repair. This transaction allows us to offer our customers a more comprehensive service package – major contracting projects, sprinkler systems, and smaller maintenance and repair work through one trusted partner. It’s a significant step in strengthening Mikenti’s growth and customer promise,” says Jussi Lehto, CEO of Mikenti, who took up the position in October.

New opportunities for the Elvi team

Elvi’s operational leaders and part-owners, Project Manager Jarkko Lauttaanaho and Service Manager Sami Lönn, welcome the opportunities the transition brings.

Both Lauttaanaho and Lönn will join the Nimlas ownership programme.

This is one of the first transactions under the refreshed Nimlas brand, launched on October 22, 2025, to accelerate growth across the Nordic region. The rebrand unites Sandbäckens, QMG and Konstel under the Nimlas name, while local companies like Mikenti continue to operate under their own trusted brands – stronger together as part of the Nimlas Group.
