Sandbäckens, part of Nimlas Group, is expanding with Energioptimering i Väst

Sandbäckens Rör i Varberg AB, part of the Sandbäckens group, acquires Energioptimering i Väst AB. The merger of Energioptimering i Väst into Sandbäckens Rör in Varberg is planned to take place in early 2025.

Energioptimering i Väst was founded by Bert Ola and Cecilia Henrysson in 2011. The company, which is called BEO VVS, is an authorized plumbing company that performs installation work in plumbing, energy and heat pumps. The customers are consumers, companies, property companies, construction companies and municipalities. The company consists of 7 employees based in Varberg. The work is mainly carried out in Varberg, also Gothenburg and Malmö.

The acquisition is part of Sandbäckens 5-50-500 growth strategy: 5 billion in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in profit. Sandbäckens plans to grow strongly in all segments in the coming years.

Sandbäckens Rör in Varberg is a pipe installation company that offers energy-smart and quality-assured VS installations to companies and consumers. Dennis Lund Josse founded the company in 2022 and today the team consists of 10 employees.
