Nimlas Sweden completes acquisition of JS Service i Norr

Nimlas Sweden AB announces that all conditions for the acquisition of all shares in JS Service i Norr AB have been fulfilled, and that the transaction was formally completed today, 1 September.

On 2 July, Nimlas Sweden announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire JS Service i Norr. Following receipt of customary regulatory approvals, the transaction has now been successfully completed.

JS Service i Norr is an established provider specialising in the design and installation of large-scale fibre and data network solutions, AV systems and conference technology, as well as the construction of fibre networks. The company also provides service and maintenance. In 2025, JS Service i Norr reported revenue of approximately SEK 15 million and currently employs 10 people. Following completion of the acquisition, the company will become part of the Nimlas Sweden.

JS Service i Norr was founded by Jonas Svensson in 2014 and has grown steadily since its establishment. Charlott Svensson, currently Operations Manager, will take on the role of Managing Director.

The acquisition is in line with Nimlas Sweden’s 5-50-500 growth strategy, which aims to reach SEK 5 billion in revenue, add 50 new companies and achieve SEK 500 million in profit.
