Nimlas strengthens HVAC service offering in Finland through asset deal

Nimlas strengthens its HVAC service offering in Finland as its local company Quattroservices Tampere has entered into an asset deal to acquire the business operations of LVI-Lipsonen. The transaction adds service and maintenance capabilities to Quattroservices Tampere’s strong project business and supports its continued growth in the Tampere region.

LVI-Lipsonen has provided HVAC services in the Tampere region since 1993 and has annual revenue of approximately EUR 2 million and seven employees. Quattroservices Tampere employs 39 professionals and focuses primarily on HVAC installations in new construction and renovation projects.

“The Tampere region is a large and growing market where we see significant opportunities. LVI-Lipsonen’s service expertise is a strong complement to our project business, enabling us to serve customers across a broader range of needs, from larger HVAC projects to maintenance and repair work,” says Svantte Vaskikallio, Managing Director of Quattroservices Tampere.

For Janne Lipsonen, entrepreneur at LVI-Lipsonen, finding the right partner for the long-term development of the business was a key consideration.

“I want to ensure the best possible conditions for the continuity and long-term development of the business, and we have now found the right partner. Svantte and I have known each other for some time, so I knew the company well. Most importantly, our team can continue serving our long-standing customers while gaining access to the broader expertise and resources of Quattroservices Tampere,” says Janne Lipsonen.

Building on a proven model

Nimlas Finland has successfully combined project-based operations with local service and maintenance capabilities before.

All seven LVI-Lipsonen employees will join Quattroservices Tampere as part of the transaction. Following the transaction, Quattroservices Tampere will employ 46 professionals.
