Following the acquisition of Caeli, Sandbäckens has become a significant multidisciplinary installation group in the Stockholm region, now consisting of over 10 companies. Together, these companies have a pro forma revenue just over SEK 1 billion (2024).

– “It’s exciting news that we continue to grow strongly in Stockholm with another excellent ventilation company. The acquisition aligns perfectly with our growth strategy, and I warmly welcome Caeli to Sandbäckens,” says Per Herrlin, Regional Manager, Technology at Sandbäckens.

– “Becoming part of Sandbäckens and the Nimlas Group opens entirely new opportunities for Caeli. We’ve experienced strong growth since our founding and are now looking forward to taking the next step, maintaining our entrepreneurial spirit while gaining the strength of a larger group,” says Martin Helge, MD of Caeli.

Caeli was founded in spring 2020 by Martin Persson, Calle Rosenqvist, and Martin Helge. The company currently has 5 employees based out of its office in Nacka. Caeli focuses primarily on ventilation and air treatment for commercial, public, and industrial properties in the Stockholm area. Its customers are mainly construction firms and property owners. Caeli has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million (2024).

Martin Helge adds:

– “Together, we can develop smart ventilation solutions that make a difference for our customers, while maintaining quality and proximity.”
