With this acquisition, Sandbäckens significantly strengthens its position in the Stockholm region. Following the acquisition of Nordvalvet, the pro forma revenue for 2024 is slightly below under SEK 1 billion.

“The Sandbäckens growth journey continues! The acquisition of Nordvalvet is significant and reinforces our presence as a multidisciplinary group in the Stockholm region,” says Per Herrlin, Regional Manager Teknik, at Sandbäckens.

Nordvalvet was founded in the early 2000s and is now an established ventilation company with 26 employees. The company provides comprehensive ventilation solutions such as service, mandatory ventilation inspections (OVK), corrective maintenance, and installations. Its customers include property companies, construction companies, public sector clients, and technical management companies. Nordvalvet has a turnover of approximately SEK 51 million (2024).

“Becoming part of Sandbäckens feels like the right step for us as we look to further develop our business,” says Martin Åhs, MD of Nordvalvet.

Martin Åhs continues:

“Now we have the right platform to grow the company to the next level. I see great potential for collaboration and synergies with other disciplines and companies within the Sandbäckens Group—many exciting opportunities lie ahead.”

The acquisition of Nordvalvet will be finalized in June.
