In 2024, LVI Tasacon achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 8.7 million. Its new‑build and renovation assignments are concentrated on the Helsinki metropolitan area and surrounding municipalities, where it has delivered in logistic and warehouse buildings, commercial and office premises and, more recently, data‑centre installations. As CEO Toni Tarkiainen explains: “The bigger and taller the hall, the more suitable the target is for us. Especially if it contains a lot of technical equipment, like in data centres.”
Joining the Nimlas group, Tarkiainen and Production Director Jussi Saari expect to gain the backing needed for growth in the technical installations market at a turning‑point. As Tarkiainen comments: “There are several familiar companies in the group. We have recently worked with Quattroservices. Now is the right time to join and secure our competitiveness as the market revives. Nimlas provided a good home for Tasacon.”
As part of the transaction, Tarkiainen and Saari will join Nimlas’ ownership programme, reinforcing their entrepreneurial role within the group.
The acquisition further strengthens Nimlas Finland’s project business in Southern Finland. “LVI Tasacon is one of the most reliable players in its field and further enhances our project expertise in the region. The acquisition supports our growth strategy and we are mapping further well‑reputed companies to complement our network,” says Kimmo Lehtonen, Business Director, Projects Southern Finland, Nimlas Finland.
Nimlas Finland has acquired building automation specialist Rovaniemen Sähkö- ja Säätölaite Oy, expanding its footprint and expertise in Northern Finland.
