The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy 5-50-500, which aims to reach SEK 5 billion in revenue, add 50 new companies, and achieve SEK 500 million in profit. The electrical sector is an important part of this growth, with a target of reaching SEK 1 billion in electrical services revenue in the coming years.

Uppsala Elcentral was founded in 2008 by David Liljekvarn and Peter Strandberg. Since its start, the company has grown steadily and today generates approximately SEK 39 million in revenue with 23 employees. The company provides electrical installations, electrical service, control systems, and building automation. Its customers include medium-sized companies as well as private and public property owners. Projects are carried out in Uppsala County and northern Stockholm.
