Nimlas in Sweden expands through the acquisition of Jönköpings Rörtjänst AB and thereby strengthens its position in Småland. The acquisition is in line with the 5-50-500 growth strategy, which means reaching SEK 5 billion in revenue, 50 new companies and SEK 500 million in profit.

Jönköpings Rörtjänst AB was founded in 2008 by Magnus Ehrnström, Joakim Berg and Rickard Berglund. The company carries out HVAC and plumbing work including new installations, service, repairs and renovation. In addition, the company performs installations of district heating, district cooling, heat pumps, and cooling systems.

With a strong focus on quality, accuracy, quick response and close customer relationships, Jönköpings Rörtjänst delivers contracts and ongoing service assignments for commercial and public property owners, industrial companies, construction companies, housing associations and private customers.

"I warmly welcome Jönköpings Rörtjänst to Nimlas Sweden. The acquisition is another confirmation of our growth journey. Småland is an exciting region with great potential for us together," says Torbjörn Carlsson, Regional Manager HS South, Nimlas Sweden.

Jönköpings Rörtjänst has grown gradually since its founding and generates annual revenue of approximately SEK 50 million. The company consists of 20 employees operating in Jönköping and the surrounding area.

"What makes Nimlas Sweden right for us is that we can continue to work with the same care and quality in our heating and plumbing installations, while at the same time giving us the opportunity to develop further," says Magnus Ehrnström, incoming Managing Director of Jönköpings Rörtjänst.

Project managers Joakim Berg and Rickard Berglund add:

“It gives us confidence to continue running our successful company while gaining access to the right expertise and experience for continued growth.”

The acquisition will be completed in May.
