Nimlas Sweden acquires Tjädermos El in Linköping

Nimlas continues its growth journey and starts the year with the acquisition of Tjädermos El AB.

Tjädermos El AB was founded in 1999 by Fredrik and Mikaela Tjädermo and has grown steadily ever since. The company carries out installations in electrical, telecom, and data systems and also offers full-service solutions such as project planning, lighting design, and calculations. Its projects span a wide range, including residential properties, industrial sites, offices, schools, and commercial buildings. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million and employs 22 people, based in Linköping and operating throughout Östergötland.

“I would like to welcome Fredrik and Mikaela to the group. Tjädermos El is yet another confirmation of our growth within the electrical segment,” says Lars Larsen, Regional Manager Electrical, Nimlas.

The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy 5–50–500, which aims to reach SEK 5 billion in revenue, add 50 new companies, and achieve SEK 500 million in profit. The electrical sector is an important part of this growth, with the goal of reaching SEK 1 billion in revenue within electrical services over the coming years.
