Nimlas Sweden acquires EF Rör

Nimlas Sweden continues its growth journey and strengthens its position in Stockholm through the acquisition of EF Rör AB. The acquisition is in line with the Group’s growth strategy 5-50-500, which aims to reach SEK 5 billion in revenue, add 50 new companies, and achieve SEK 500 million in profit.

EF Rör was founded 14 years ago by Johan Forssblad and Tommy Eklund and has grown steadily since then. The company specializes in heat and sanitation installation services. With a focus on availability, fast response times, and close customer relationships, the company delivers projects and ongoing service assignments for commercial property owners, construction companies, housing associations, and consumers. As a NIBE installation partner, EF Rör also holds a strong position in the installation of heat pumps and other energy-efficient solutions.

EF Rör generates approximately SEK 21 million in revenue and has 10 employees operating across the Stockholm region.
