Nimlas Group strengthens presence in Western Finland through strategic acquisition

Founded in 2016, Nevera Oy has grown into a leading regional player with 50 employees and a 2024 revenue of €13.8 million (approx. SEK 160 million). The company delivers a full spectrum of services—HVAC, electrical, telecom, AV, and fire alarm systems—serving industrial clients, public sector organizations, property owners, and construction firms.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
