Lauareid Service was established in 2010 and has specialized in sale, installation, and service of heat pumps. The company has a strong position in the local market and is known for its high quality and reliability.

With 12 employees and a turnover of approximately NOK 40 million, Lauareid Service has proven to be a leading heat pump company in the Haugaland region.

“Lauareid Service’s expertise in heat pumps will complement our existing companies and ensure our capacity to meet the increasing demand for energy-efficient heating solutions,” says Terje Myhre, CEO of Konstel.

Konstel already owns Buskerud Varmepumpeservice, a dedicated heat pump company. With the acquisition of Lauareid, the Norwegian group now has two niche specialists in the energy-efficient heating pump segment. ” Several of our electrical contractors sell and install heat pumps in addition to providing traditional electrical installations. However, having two niche specialists, such as Lauareid and Buskerud Varmepumpeservice, will enhance Konstel’s overall expertise in energy-efficient heat pump solutions,” says Ole Halvor Kolstad, Regional Director at Konstel.

” We are confident that we have joined a group with a robust business model that enables us to continue excelling in what we do best: offering high-quality heat pumps and air conditioning systems. Additionally, we are excited to gain colleagues from other regions in Norway, with whom we can collaborate and learn from. We look forward to becoming part of Konstel,” concludes Bjarte Lauareid, Managing Director of Lauareid.
