Sandbäckens acquires its first electricity company by acquiring City Eltjänst

Sandbäckens Group acquires its first pure electricity company by acquiring City Eltjänst in Sthlm AB.

The acquisition is in line with Sandbäckens´ strategy 5 -50-500: 5 billion SEK in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in profit and plans to grow strongly in the electricity segment the coming years.

Sandbäckens Group is Nimlas Swedish operations, and the acquisition is an important step in developing a multidisciplinary installations group in the Nordics.

The takeover will take place the 4th of September 2023.
