Konstel acquires Buskerud Varmepumpeservice

Konstel has signed an agreement to acquire Buskerud Varmepumpeservice. The acquisition strengthens the group's presence in the county Buskerud while enhancing the groups expertise and capacity in heat pump services

Buskerud Varmepumpeservice was founded in 2008. Specializing in the installation and maintenance of air-to-air heat pumps, the company serves the Drammen and Buskerud region, catering predominantly to private clientele alongside commercial customers. Employing a team of 15 highly skilled individuals, the company boasts an annual turnover of nearly 50 million NOK.

employees, and generates an annual turnover of over 2 billion NOK.
