Management Partner

Nimlas Group is a leading Nordic technical installation services platform with more than 3,500 employees across 100 locations in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
Nimlas provides services across the full range of technical disciplines from heating & sanitation, electricity, ventilation, automation, fire safety, cooling/refrigeration, to other related services like design and security systems. 
KLAR Partners is since 2021 the majority owner of the group.

We are moving fast and are now looking for a Management Partner who can support the management to accelerate the development of the business and the company. You will collaborate with the management to identify opportunities; formulate priorities and lead important strategic initiatives as well as business development projects. 


The Management Partner will report to Mikael Matts, CEO Nimlas Group, but also work closely with the Managing Director at Sandbäckens and the Management Teams in Konstel, QMG and Sandbäckens. The location for this position is in Stockholm.

This is the perfect position for a high potential who is curious to understand how to build a successful business and the drivers for private equity owned companies. In this position you will be in the be in the centre of activities and this should be your preferred environment. You are well-structured, solution-oriented (get things done), proactive and don't hesitate to take on an informal leader role as representative for the management teams. 


Examples of work tasks and responsibilities 

  • Drive change and transformation through a variety of value creation initiatives. 
  • Assist the management team with analysis and recommendations to make insightful strategic decisions. 
  • Support the facilitation of, and participate in, management team meetings. 
  • Drive and take ownership of the Business Plan process. 
  • Lead key projects and initiatives, internal and external business development. 
  • Preparation of presentations and communication materials.

Your experience and background  

  • Relevant education, for example MSc or MBA. 
  • Experience from working as a leader or working as a management consultant.
  • Experience from construction related business. 

Your skills 

  • Strategic mindset combined with a can-do attitude to be able to plan, follow-up and execute strategic initiatives.  
  • Courage and resilience to drive the changes needed in a collaborative manner. 
  • Strong skills in executive communication, problem structuring, analytic and the ability to summarize complex stories into simple visuals and crisp wording are required. 
  • High level of speaking and writing in Swedish and English (Finnish is a merit).
